Project Financing

Project financing is the long term financing of infrastructure and industrial projects based upon the projected cash flows of the project rather than the balance sheets of the project sponsors. Ace has been involved in project financing activities mainly to establish new projects. The major areas of project financing are education, health and other industries including hydropower projects.

Project Financing through ACE were undertaken in the following projects:

   o    Hotel Management and Tourism Training Centre, Rabi Bhawan, Kathmandu
   o    The Club, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu
