Who can apply for the loan?
The applicant must be a Nepali citizen who is employed or self-employed with stable job and a regular income source.
Tenure
The tenure of the loan can be maximum of 15 years.
Security
The client would provide collateral in the form of land and/or building or apartment with adequate value to cover the loan requirement. Other forms of security may be accepted upon terms and conditions.
